Qualifying criteria:

We are looking for people who;

• Have a high level of professionalism
• Have an absolute passion for the Beauty & Wellness Industry
• Are well-groomed
• Fluent in English
• Are willing to travel

Specific to Spa Therapists;

Must have a recognised qualification in the following treatments:

• Waxing
• Manicures & pedicures
• Massages
• Facials

Specific to Spa Managers and Spa Co-Ordinators;

• Experience within the Beauty Industry will be an advantage
• Must have previous experience within a Management or Supervising role
• Must be sales driven
• Must be able to communicate efficiently
• Must be computer literate

With over 20 Spa’s countrywide and more in the pipeline, it is imperative that our standard of excellence is always maintained, therefore our staff go through our inhouse training centre before starting work at our Spa’s. Here, they learn about our policies, procedures and protocol. The training programme will comprise of theory and practicals and will be concluded with exams on all areas, with a qualifying pass mark of 80% or higher. We go through a strict selection criteria when we choose staff for our various Spa’s.
