Debit Order Mandate
I hereby authorise Club Leisure Sales (Pty) Ltd t/a Vacation Zone to issue instructions to their bankers for collection of the Vacation Zone Platinum Membership debit order payment. I authorise that each individual debit order payment instruction to be issued and delivered monthly on the 1st of each month. I authorise that the first debit order payment instruction to be issued on the 1st of the month following the acceptance of this agreement. I understand that a debit order payment instructions may only be issued on or after the 1st of each month. I understand that the debit order payment amounts may not be more than what has been agreed, however I agree that the debit order payments may be taken from my bank account if they are less than the amount agreed. I understand that Vacation Zone will include my payment reference number on all debit order payment instructions so that both they and I can identify my payment. I understand that I cannot reclaim amounts paid from my account to Vacation Zone under this debit order instruction if those amount were legally owing to Vacation Zone.
I understand that the Vacation Zone Platinum Membership Fee may increase each year. I understand that should Vacation Zone increase the Platinum Membership Fee they will revise my debit order payment instruction and inform me in writing of this change in the debit order payment amount at least 30 (thirty) days before the amount is debited. Vacation Zone will send me this notice by prepaid post.
I agree to continue to allow debit order payments under this authority until such time as I cancel my Vacation Zone Platinum Membership. I am aware that I may cancel this debit order instruction by giving 30 (thirty) days written notice by registered post to P.O.Box 1583, Pinetown, 3600 or deliver it to, 1 Crompton Street Pinetown. I understand that should I cancel this debit order instruction my Vacation Zone Platinum Membership will also be cancelled.
I understand that my bank will treat all debit order payment instructions as though I have issued them myself. I understand that Vacation Zone cannot not cede or assign any of their rights to draw from my account to any other third party without my written consent. I confirm that the personal information given by me for this agreement is true and correct, and that I will provide amendments to such information as and when they occur. I understand that Vacation Zone commits to keeping my personal information confidential, safe and secure, and will not make my personal information available to anyone other than the companies and affiliates of Vacation Zone.
